Fantasy football?

So for my league I have 2nd pick. I know the guy with the 1st pick is going for LT. Would it be better to with Adrian Peterson or Tom Brady. Last year I got screwed over with the QB and the RB positions. Who would be a better first pick? BTW i'm using ESPN fantasy football with custom settings. (.1 for every rushing yard and .2 for every 5 ping yard)
