Why is my dog acting out?

My dog has always been a little mischievous when she was younger, but as she has gotten older she has calmed way down.Shes hasnt chewed on anything or messed in the house for years. I used to work alot and didnt get to spend much time with her. However now I am a stay at home mom and spend lots of time with her, let her sleep on the couch and take her for walks all the time! Now all the sudden she is starting to act out and I have no Idea why? She shredded my quilt and ruined my bed by peeing on it. At least 3 times a week she is messing in the house, she is digging though the garbage and everything I just dont know what is wrong with her. Anyone please have any answers or advice for me??
