Why are some of the hijackers still alive, why did people report an explosion in the basment etc etc etc etc?

where is the proof and not think if you got proof that someone committed M Murder there is a place to bring that and it is called a court. I am sure there is such buildings in the US still that judges hear evidence of crimes and that is the place for bringing evidence any conspiracy theorist has NOT youtube not yahoo answers but a court of law.
