Tay-Sachs Disease: Punnett Sq. & Ratios! HELP PLEASE!!!?

well.. the mom's genotype is rr and the dad's RR (wehre r is the recesive form and R is the absence of the gene) and so in a punnet square.. all of the kids would be carriers so the genotype 100% heterozigous Rr and the fenotype 100% carrier ?
