I'm making a turkey stew. Im using ground turkey(just like ground beef, but turkey O.o). If I cook it now, and then refrigerate the stew, how long will it still be safe to eat? And if I freeze it-how long after today will if be okay to eat? A week? This may be a stupid question, but I honestly don't know. Anybody have answers? Thanks so much:)
