DO I NEED TO TAKE "TOEFL TEST"?

It actually depends on the programme you're enrolling in, some ask for it in case you were born and raised in a non-anglophone territory. Be sure to contact each university you're applying to and get that cleared up, otherwise you may wind up paying for an exam you didn't need. Some law schools are now more interested in ILEC, and IMO it is indeed a better test, but others are still into TOEFL/IELTS almost exclusively.
