i eat at the restaurant ra in mesa, az or the one in san diego downtown. it is like 7 dollars a bowl. and I would really like to start making it at home. i was a chef in the navy and I can't figure this one out. I know the essential ingredients. but I don't know the right flavors they stick in this soup. but it is freaking awesome. need some help from peeps who know. much appreciated. - jess
