Guinea pig help, i've been sick?

ive had bronchitis since friday 16th. and really miss holding my guinea and i feel bad i have a good bond with her cage is in my room and every time i walk by her cage is starts making noises and i feel bad that i can't hold her when can i hold her again ive been on antibodies since friday. please help
