How happy can Sammy be. (tiel)?

Sammy was mis-treated & had his two front feet cut of by some idiots trying to remove an i.d. band. THANKS to all of you and your answers my Sammy has stolen my heart, i never thought a little bird would be sent to me( I feel he's my little God sent ANGEL. He has mirrors and he and I play with the bird in the mirror & I can now pick him up in any way and he just has so much trust its amazing to me how he & I were put together. Gosh I LOVE HIM. Again i thank you all. Oh, what the average lifespan for tiels? Bless you all.
