Missed midterms help!?

Missed my midterms because I was fainting and my teacher said the only way we could make them up was if we had a doctors note. I got one from my doctor and it was all good but I now lost it. I don't know what to do she said she won't exxcept a parents note! I'm like crying and afraid to go talk to her...
