According to the Qu'ran, do Jews and Christians go to heaven?

Ok I know for sure let's say a a Buddhist man was a really good man, but he's still going to hell but I think in Islam, other Abrahamic religions (Christianity and Judaism) can go to heaven as long as they were good people cuz they technically believe in Allah and Judgement day, so is this true?
