I need help searching for an article...?

I need to find three articles and do a one page summary on each of them about Syria on its environmental issues. The first one has to be within 2006, the second within 2007, and the third within 2008. I've been spending about two hours worth of time trying to find a 2006 article on Syria's environmental issues.
