Doentation shows its time to categorize IRANS REVOLUTIONARY GUARD as TERRORISTS?

The problem is that once you do that it is a 2 way street. As long as they are just another group, they probably will not up their attacks on the US. Once the US labels them, lots of things happen...money gets frozen, people get travel restrictions put on them ,etc, etc, etc. That puts a strain on their normal way of doing things and they often retaliate. Can you really approve the killing of unarmed Civilians? Most people can't and don't. Unfortuanately that is where most Militatants hide, in the midst of normal everyday people being harred by them. Israel was shooting missles from planes at people hiding in schools and churches and caught holy hell for it in the media. Those same people hiding shot hundreds of missles at Israel and little was said! The difference is that Israel let the press in, the Militants did not.
