Issues with bowel movements?

hey everyone, i know this is a sensitive subject, but here it goes. I went to the doctor for an fissure 2 months ago with bleeding. To make a long story short....i had an endoscopy ( checked out my lower plumbing with a camera) and found everything to be normal.....however, every time i make a bowel movement (with little to no effort i might add, and everything flowing freely), about a hour goes by and i start to feel like i pooped out a softball, burning, aching pain around the ( bout an inch or so inside i think). Ive been given prescription meds for the area, but it seems to have little effect. My examination came out negitive, but something is just not right. I've had no bleeding for the last few weeks, but after i make, an hour or so its just so painfull.....whats going on? Anyone else have this problem? My doctors say " its healing" but after this long??? Your input will be appriciated!!!
