I need advice on the moving ollie?

alright so right now i've got a stationary ollie down pretty good. the problem is that i think i have been doing them stationary too long. whenever i try to a moving ollie i lose balance when i bend my knees down and when i dont lose balance, im too scared to pop the board. any advice? i heard leaning forward and trying a quick pop helps, but im still scared, lol
